Welcome to Mrs. Kicklighter's Second Grade Class

I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Master of Science in Education from Troy State University Montgomery. My 26 years' teaching experience includes 5 years at Billingsley School; 1 at Pine Level; 2 at Afflerbaugh Elementary in Cheyenne, Wyoming; and 18 years here at Prattville Primary. I took a 4-year break from teaching before coming to Prattville Primary to accompanying my husband on his assignment to Stavanger, Norway. My husband of 26 years, Ted Kicklighter, is retired from the Air Force and employed with UPS. We have two adult sons, Taylor and Leif. Leif is a Senior at Troy. My role as your child’s teacher is to help prepare your child to be successful in life.
